In 1981, the National Concert Hall opened near St. Stephen’s Green in Dublin. It is home to the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland. A student of the Royal Irish Academy of Music, 22-year-old Irish baritone Gavan Ring (photo) hails from Cahersiveen (Ring of Kerry), County Kerry, Republic of Ireland. He performs opera, oratorio, art songs, musical theatre and traditional Irish songs. On April 14, 16 & 18, 2010, Mr. Ring will be featured in Mozart's Cosi Fan Tutte at the Royal Irish Academy of Music. http://gavanring.blogspot.com
